I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. I have spoken to Dell support and they cannot help me with this as they think it is a KACE issue, we are awaiting a response from KACE. Note that the WWAN card can connect to other networks fine so the installation of the actual hardware is fine at this point. It seems the drivers pulled via K2000 doesn't include the software required to get the Dell Mobile Broadband Manager to work with the WWAN card. We have tried using the 5540 drivers included in the driver feed from our K2000 server however when we launch the Dell Mobile Broadband Manager it advises the "Mobile Broadband device is not responding" and is missing the Program Files folder "Dell WWAN" under the "Dell" folder. However if we manually install the same driver pack immediately afterwards it installs perfectly fine.
